AXL, a TAM-family receptor tyrosine kinase, drives cell survival, migration, and immune evasion and is a growing focus of oncology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mecbotamab, this human anti-AXL recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, kappa) is intended for research use only (RUO). It is purified to low endotoxin for compatibility with in vivo studies and produced across scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers can deploy it as a benchmark control and active reagent in receptor-binding assays, in vitro tumor cell screening, ADC and bispecific development, and preclinical in vivo oncology models.
