The T-cell receptor governs antigen recognition and adaptive immune activation, making anti-TCR reagents foundational tools in immunology research. This research-grade anti-T cell receptor recombinant antibody (IgG2b) is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of maslimomab supplied for research use only (RUO). It is formulated with low endotoxin to suit in vivo applications and produced in scalable milligram through gram quantities so that bulk and high-throughput laboratories are reliably stocked. Investigators can use it as a control and functional reagent for T-cell activation and modulation assays, in vitro immune-cell screening, and preclinical in vivo models of T-cell-mediated and autoimmune processes.
