Claudin-1 (CLDN1) is a tight-junction protein that also serves as an entry factor for hepatitis C virus, giving it relevance in both epithelial barrier and antiviral research. This human IgG1, kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lixudebart directed at CLDN1 for functional studies. Endotoxin is kept low so the reagent is suitable for in vivo experiments, and it is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities tailored to bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Offered for research use only (RUO), it can act as a control and active reagent in barrier-function assays, viral-entry inhibition studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of liver disease.
