Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1, encoded by PDCD1) is a central inhibitory checkpoint on activated T cells and a cornerstone target of immuno-oncology research. This human IgG1, lambda antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lodapolimab that binds PD-1 for functional assays. It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard compatible with in vivo experiments and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Intended for research use only (RUO), it is suited to checkpoint-blockade studies, T-cell activation and exhaustion readouts, in vitro co-culture screening, and preclinical tumor immunology models, functioning as both control and active reagent.
