The interleukin-36 receptor (IL1RL2) mediates a pro-inflammatory axis implicated in pustular psoriasis and other inflammatory skin disease research. Described here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of spesolimab, a recombinant monoclonal antibody against IL1RL2, for research use only.
