CLEC4C (BDCA-2) is a C-type lectin restricted to plasmacytoid dendritic cells and a marker of interest in autoimmune and interferon biology research. This human IgG1, kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of litifilimab that recognizes CLEC4C for functional studies. The preparation is low in endotoxin and therefore appropriate for in vivo experiments, and it is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support high-throughput and bulk laboratories. Distributed for research use only (RUO), it functions as a binding control and active reagent in pDC-targeting assays, interferon-pathway readouts, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of lupus and related autoimmune disease.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
