KIR2DL1 is an inhibitory killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptor that sets the activation threshold of NK cells, a key node in innate-immunity and tumour-surveillance research. This recombinant anti-human KIR2DL1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lirilumab, intended exclusively for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support bulk and high-throughput programmes.
