Carrying the N297A aglycosylation mutation that abolishes Fc-glycan-dependent effector function, this human IgG1 isotype control is supplied in an extremely low-endotoxin format as an effector-silent, non-binding reference for human IgG1 experiments. Validated for flow cytometry and functional assays, it serves to define background, set gating, and provide a negative-control arm. The antibody is suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is non-therapeutic and intended for research use only, ensuring consistent, reproducible control results.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
