PCSK9 modulates LDL-receptor degradation and is a well-validated target in lipid and cardiovascular research. This human IgG2 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ralpancizumab, expressed in CHO cells against human PCSK9. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is a reliable reagent for PCSK9-blockade assays, LDL-receptor recycling studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of cholesterol metabolism.
