Combining the P329G mutation that disrupts Fcγ receptor contact with the E356D and M358L allotype substitutions, this human IgG1 control is raised against hen egg lysozyme and thus has no mammalian specificity. It serves as a matched negative control for setting background levels and gating in functional and flow cytometry experiments, ensuring observed effects derive from genuine antigen binding rather than the IgG1 scaffold. Supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, it is produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput research.
