Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a pleiotropic pro-inflammatory cytokine implicated in inflammation, autoimmunity, and tumor progression, making it a broad target in immunology research. This research-grade anti-MIF recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of imalumab, intended strictly for research use only (RUO). Built to demanding in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation ships in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It serves cytokine neutralization and blocking assays, binding characterization, in vitro screening, control reagent use, and in vivo inflammation models.
