CTLA-4, encoded by CTLA4, is an inhibitory immune checkpoint that restrains T-cell activation and a cornerstone target of immuno-oncology research. We supply a research-grade anti-CTLA-4 recombinant monoclonal antibody, an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of gotistobart, intended for research use only (RUO). Built to rigorous in vivo standards, this ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation ships in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It supports checkpoint-blockade studies, receptor-ligand inhibition and ADCC assays, in vitro screening, control reagent use, and in vivo tumor immunology models.
