The high-affinity IL-2 receptor alpha chain (CD25, IL2RA) shapes regulatory and effector T-cell responses and is a focus of immuno-oncology and autoimmunity research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vopikitug, this recombinant human IgG1 antibody binds IL2RA and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin level suitable for in vivo work and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Applications include receptor-binding and blocking assays, in vitro IL-2 signaling screens, Treg-targeting controls, and preclinical immune-modulation models.
