CD38 is a multifunctional ectoenzyme and surface antigen highly expressed on plasma cells and various hematologic malignancies. This research-grade anti-human CD38 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of erzotabart, supplied for research use only (RUO). Produced to stringent in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to sustain heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports ADCC and complement-dependent cytotoxicity studies, in vitro immunophenotyping and binding assays, in vivo myeloma and lymphoma models, and biologics characterization, serving as a consistent CD38-directed control reagent.
