Background

PD-L2 is a ligand of the PD-1 checkpoint pathway, contributing to peripheral tolerance and the regulation of T-cell responses. The rat IgG2a clone TY25 recognises mouse PD-L2 and has been validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, frozen IHC, and immunoprecipitation, supporting both expression analysis and functional blockade. Anti-PD-L2 TY25 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo experimentation. It is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput research programmes, and is provided strictly for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
