Folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) is a tumour-selective surface receptor that internalises efficiently, a feature leveraged for antibody-mediated payload delivery in oncology research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mirvetuximab vedotin centred on FOLR1 and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. As an ADC-format research tool, it is suited to antibody-drug conjugate development, in vitro internalisation and cytotoxicity assays, and in vivo preclinical cancer models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
