CD70 (TNFSF7, CD27L) is a costimulatory ligand overexpressed across multiple malignancies and a focus of antibody-drug conjugate research in oncology. This product is a research-grade, non-therapeutic biosimilar analog of the vorsetuzumab mafodotin conjugate, an anti-CD70 IgG1 antibody linked to a mafodotin-class payload, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for demanding laboratories. The reagent supports ADC characterization, internalization and cytotoxicity assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor-targeting models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
