Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) suppresses T-cell activity via PD-1 engagement and is a central checkpoint target in cancer-immunology research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cemavafusp, supplied here as a recombinant scFv (heavy-kappa) format for research use only. It is formulated low in endotoxin to in vivo-suitable standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional and ligand-blockade assays, T-cell activation studies, in vitro screening and preclinical tumor models that examine PD-L1 signaling, with dependable consistency across lots.
