Background
CD16b (FcγRIIIb) is a GPI-anchored, neutrophil-restricted Fc gamma receptor that contributes to immune-complex handling and granulocyte activation, with the NA1 allotype being one of its common polymorphic forms. This recombinant CD16b (NA1) ectodomain is produced in HEK 293 cells and validated for SPR, BLI and ELISA, providing a defined tool for measuring Fc binding and dissecting allotype-dependent neutrophil receptor engagement. Supplied for research use only in an in vivo grade, ultra-low-endotoxin format, it is manufactured at scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) scale, giving bulk and high-throughput laboratories a reproducible CD16b reagent for granulocyte and Fc biology studies.

Specificity
The sequence of the extracellular domain of human CD16b (Gly 17-Ser 200) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.
Formulation
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
