Background
CD32/CD16 are Fc-gamma receptors (FcγRII/III) expressed on myeloid and other immune cells, and they are routinely blocked to prevent nonspecific antibody binding in immunoassays. Clone 2.4G2 is a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody to mouse CD32/CD16, the standard Fc-block reagent, validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, frozen IHC, immunoprecipitation and CODEX. Anti-mouse CD32/CD16 2.4G2 is supplied low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, with scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) production for bulk laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent ensures consistent, reproducible Fc blocking in mouse immunology.
