Designated FES (K214R/L234F/L235E/P331S), this human IgG1-kappa isotype control carries Fc mutations that reduce effector engagement, supplying an effector-attenuated, non-binding reference for human IgG1 experiments. It is used to define background signal, set flow-cytometry gating, and serve as a negative control in functional and in vivo studies. The antibody is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only reagent, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent control performance across antibody-engineering and immunology workflows.
