Nogo-A (RTN4) is a myelin-associated inhibitor of axonal growth and a target of interest in spinal cord injury and neuro-regeneration research. Our research-grade anti-human RTN4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of atinumab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to neurite-outgrowth and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo neuroscience and injury models, offering reproducible, lot-consistent performance.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
