Bulk anti-IL-1b In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (B122)

  Bio X Cell:

ICH1100 is up to 37% cheaper for industry than the equivalent product BE0246 from Bio X Cell.

Product Benefits:

ichorbio's anti-IL-1b In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (B122) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from Bio X Cell at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.5EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Background:

Interleukin 1 beta (IL1 beta) is a proinflammatory cytokine belonging to IL1 family that is synthesized as a precursor. The IL1 beta precursor form is not biologically active. It is expressed mainly by stimulated macrophages and monocytes. IL1 beta is known to be a mediator in inflammatory response and to be involved in a variety of cellular activities, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. It has been recently found that IL1 beta is a major cause of severe inflammation in the mouse model of Crohns disease which makes IL1 beta an important target for this disease. The B122 antibody has been reported to neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-1β.
