Background
IL-1 beta is a potent pro-inflammatory cytokine processed by the inflammasome and central to fever, innate immune activation and inflammatory disease. Clone B122 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse IL-1 beta, validated for neutralization, immunoprecipitation, Western blot and ELISA. Anti-mouse IL-1b B122 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent provides reproducible performance for IL-1 beta neutralisation and inflammation research in the mouse.
