The Chikungunya virus E1 glycoprotein drives membrane fusion during viral entry and is an important antigen in alphavirus immunology. Clone CHK-166 is a mouse IgG2c kappa monoclonal antibody recognising CHIKV E1, validated for ELISA, flow cytometry, neutralization, and in vivo applications. Anti-Chikungunya E1 CHK-166 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it provides reproducible, lot-consistent results for Chikungunya virology, neutralization assays, and infection-model studies.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

Functional grade preclinical antibodies may be stored sterile as received at 2-8°C for up to one month. For longer term storage, aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at ≤ -70°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
