ALCAM (CD166) is an adhesion molecule overexpressed in multiple carcinomas and studied as an oncology target. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of praluzatamab, expressed in CHO cells against human ALCAM. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It supports antigen-expression profiling, adhesion and functional binding assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development. It delivers the consistency that bulk-consuming research programs require.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
