ERBB3 (HER3) partners within the HER receptor family to amplify oncogenic signaling and is widely studied for its role in tumor growth and treatment resistance. This anti-human ERBB3 recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, kappa) is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lumretuzumab intended solely for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suited to in vivo investigation and manufactured across scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for laboratories with bulk or high-throughput needs. The antibody serves effectively as a benchmark control and functional reagent in receptor-binding studies, in vitro screening, ADC development, and preclinical in vivo oncology models.
