Background
CD44 is a broadly expressed adhesion receptor and hyaluronan-binding glycoprotein involved in lymphocyte activation, migration and memory T-cell identification. Clone IM7 is a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody to mouse CD44, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, flow cytometry, CyTOF, frozen IHC, ELISA and functional assays. Anti-mouse CD44 IM7 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, IM7 delivers reproducible performance for studies of cell adhesion and T-cell memory in the mouse.
