This human IgG1 isotype control combines the aglycosylating N297A mutation, which removes Fc glycan-dependent effector function, with the E356D and M358L allotype changes, and it is raised against hen egg lysozyme so it has no mammalian specificity. As a matched negative control it anchors background and gating measurements, helping researchers separate genuine target engagement from scaffold or Fc effects across flow cytometry and functional studies. The antibody is provided low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and it is produced at scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
