The interleukin-7 receptor (IL7R/CD127) is essential for T-cell development and homeostasis and is a target of interest in autoimmunity and lymphocyte-biology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of bempikibart, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is supplied in a low-endotoxin, in vivo-suitable format and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to sustain bulk and high-throughput experimentation. The reagent fits functional assays, receptor-blockade and cytokine-signaling studies, lymphocyte phenotyping and preclinical models examining IL-7 receptor activity. The in vivo-suitable, low-endotoxin preparation is produced at milligram-to-gram scale to support sustained, high-throughput research programs.
