Endoglin (CD105) is a TGF-beta co-receptor on activated endothelial cells that supports angiogenesis and tumor vascularization, a focus of vascular and oncology research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic research analog of carotuximab vedotin (the vedotin-class antibody-drug conjugate), here supplied as the unconjugated human IgG1 antibody backbone for research use only (RUO); no payload is attached. It is formulated low in endotoxin to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports functional assays, endoglin-binding and internalization studies, in vitro screening and ADC development reference work in tumor-vasculature models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
