L-selectin (SELL/CD62L) mediates lymphocyte rolling and homing to lymphoid tissue, a recurring target across inflammation and trafficking research. This recombinant anti-human SELL monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of aselizumab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, adhesion and leukocyte-trafficking studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo models of inflammatory recruitment, providing the lot-to-lot consistency essential for heavy-usage trafficking research.
