AXL (UFO) is a TAM-family receptor tyrosine kinase linked to therapy resistance and metastasis, and an emerging target for antibody-directed payload-delivery research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tilvestamab vedotin centred on the AXL receptor and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is built to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. As an ADC-format research tool, it is well suited to antibody-drug conjugate development, in vitro internalisation and cytotoxicity assays, and in vivo preclinical oncology models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
