Background

H-2K is a classical mouse MHC class I molecule responsible for presenting peptide antigens to CD8 T cells and shaping cytotoxic immune responses. Clone Y-3 is a mouse IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody recognising mouse H-2K, validated for Western blot and functional assays. Anti-H-2K Y-3 is provided in a low-endotoxin formulation appropriate for in vivo studies in mouse models. The antibody is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories, and is supplied strictly as a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only.
