A sialic-acid-binding inhibitory receptor on B cells, CD22 (Siglec-2) is a well-established payload-delivery target in leukaemia research. This unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of inotuzumab vedotin is built on the CD22-directed antibody backbone and supplied as a research reagent for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. The reagent supports functional assays, internalisation and ADC-development studies, defined controls, and in vivo B-cell-malignancy models that depend on reproducible reagent supply.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
