TIM-1 is a transmembrane receptor expressed on activated T cells and other immune populations that participates in T-cell co-stimulation and immune regulation. Clone RMT1-10 is a rat IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse TIM-1, validated for in vivo applications. Anti-TIM-1 RMT1-10 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
