ICOS ligand (ICOSL) engages ICOS on activated T cells to deliver co-stimulatory signals that shape T-cell differentiation, germinal-centre responses, and humoral immunity. Clone HK5.3 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising mouse ICOSL, validated for blocking, flow cytometry, neutralization, and in vivo applications. Anti-ICOSL HK5.3 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for mouse co-stimulation, T-follicular-helper, and immune-regulation research programmes.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
