Interleukin-5 (IL-5) is the principal cytokine controlling eosinophil growth, activation and survival, a key mediator in eosinophilic and allergic-disease research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of depemokimab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only. It is supplied low in endotoxin to in vivo-grade standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports functional and neutralization assays, eosinophil-biology studies, cytokine-signaling characterization, in vitro screening and preclinical eosinophilic-inflammation models examining IL-5 activity. Supplied low in endotoxin and built to in vivo standards, it scales from milligram to gram quantities for bulk, reagent-intensive workflows.
