PDGFRB is a platelet-derived growth factor receptor that regulates pericyte and mesenchymal signaling in vascular and tumor biology. This human IgG4 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rinucumab, generated in CHO cells against human PDGFRB. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-signaling and blockade assays, functional readouts, in vitro screening, and preclinical vascular and tumor-microenvironment models. Its reproducible quality supports demanding workflows that consume reagent at scale.
