EGFR is one of the most extensively interrogated receptor tyrosine kinases in cancer biology, coordinating proliferation and tumor growth signaling. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of losatuxizumab, this human anti-EGFR recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, kappa) is intended for research use only (RUO) and is not for clinical application. It ships with low endotoxin levels appropriate for in vivo experiments and is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram lots that accommodate heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Investigators commonly apply it as a consistent control and active reagent in receptor-binding studies, in vitro screening, ADCC and ADC development work, and preclinical in vivo oncology models.
