Background
The D265A/N297A variant of clone IB1 is a human IgG1 isotype control carrying paired Fc mutations that abolish FcgammaR and complement engagement, making it an effector-silent, non-binding reference for human IgG1 experiments. It supports flow cytometry and functional assays as a background, gating, and negative-control reagent. The antibody is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is non-therapeutic and provided for research use only, ensuring reproducible, effector-null control performance.

Specificity
This Human IgG1 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG1 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications and each lot is IMPACT I certified.
Purification Method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Formulation
This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.
Storage
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
