Mesothelin (MSLN) is a tumour-associated glycoprotein enriched on mesothelioma and several adenocarcinomas, serving as a key target in solid-tumour research. Clone IB15 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human mesothelin, offering specific antigen recognition for targeting and detection studies. Anti-mesothelin clone IB15 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Provided for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB15 delivers consistent lot-to-lot performance for tumour-antigen and immuno-oncology research.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
