APRIL (TNFSF13) is a cytokine that supports B-cell survival and IgA class switching, and it is studied intensively in IgA nephropathy and autoimmunity research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of sibeprenlimab, a recombinant anti-APRIL monoclonal antibody for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports cytokine-neutralization functional assays, in vitro B-cell signaling screens, and in vivo models of antibody-mediated kidney disease.
