ERBB2 (HER2) is a growth-promoting receptor tyrosine kinase and one of the most extensively validated oncology targets in research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of coprelotamab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is intended for research use only. It is provided low in endotoxin to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports functional assays, receptor-blockade and signaling studies, ADCC analysis, ADC development reference work, in vitro screening and preclinical HER2 tumor models. Supplied low in endotoxin and built to in vivo standards, it scales from milligram to gram quantities for bulk, reagent-intensive workflows.
