This human IgG1 kappa isotype control carries the K214R substitution and is directed against hen egg lysozyme, an antigen with no mammalian equivalent, so it provides no specific binding and acts as a negative control. Conjugated with deruxtecan at a drug-to-antibody ratio of 4 (DAR4), it lets researchers account for payload and engineered-framework effects independently of target binding when setting background and gating.
