CD38 is a widely expressed ectoenzyme and plasma-cell marker that anchors research in immunology and hematologic malignancy. Presented as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mezagitamab, this human anti-CD38 recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, lambda) is intended strictly for research use only (RUO). The preparation is low in endotoxin to support in vivo experimentation and is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram batches that meet the demands of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Investigators may use it as a benchmark control and active reagent across in vitro binding and cytotoxicity assays, ADCC studies, ADC and biologics development, and preclinical in vivo disease models.
