The SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein mediates host-cell entry and is the principal antigen for neutralizing antibody and emerging-virus research. This anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of adintrevimab, supplied strictly for research use only. Produced to in vivo manufacturing standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is appropriate for viral-neutralization and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo infectious-disease models, providing dependable, reproducible performance.
