TNFRSF10B (DR5/TRAIL-R2) is a pro-apoptotic death receptor activated by TRAIL and a long-standing target in cancer cell-death research. As an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of conatumumab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is supplied for research use only. It is formulated low in endotoxin to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
