Gremlin 1 (GREM1) is a BMP antagonist that influences stromal signalling and tumour progression, a target of interest across oncology and fibrosis research. This recombinant anti-human GREM1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ginisortamab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, BMP-pathway and ligand-neutralisation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour-microenvironment models, with the consistency required for extended, heavy-usage research.
