Pro-myostatin (pro-MSTN) is the latent precursor of a negative regulator of muscle mass, and its modulation is studied across neuromuscular and metabolic research. This recombinant anti-pro-MSTN monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of apitegromab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, latent-myostatin-binding and activation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo models of muscle biology, with the consistency required for sustained, high-volume research.
