Integrin alpha-2 (ITGA2, CD49b) pairs with beta-1 to mediate collagen adhesion and influences platelet function, T-cell biology, and tissue interactions of interest in immunology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vatelizumab, this IgG4 recombinant human antibody binds ITGA2 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin level suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. The reagent supports adhesion and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, control applications, and preclinical models of integrin-mediated immune regulation.
